This is a list of store exceptions on paying out commission. This outlines products and services that we cannot pay cash back on. This list of exceptions was created by our stores and partners.

Best Buy:  Purchases of Computers, Notebooks/Laptops, Peripherals, Photo, Imaging and Wii Hardware are not eligible for Cash Back.

Buy.com:  Purchases in the "Cellular" category are not eligible for Cash Back.

Bagsbuy.com:  Product Express online purchases pay no cashback.

NBC Universal Store:  No cash back earned on purchases from Bravo Store, SeenON! & NBC Sports.

Starbucks Store:  5% Cash Back on Starbucks Gift Cards. 15% cashback on new coffee subscriptions.

Panda Security:  CAshback of 5% paid on renewals

Accorhotels.com:  Cash Back Rebates good on all purchases except Ibis, All Seasons, Etap Hotel, Formule 1, and HotelF1 and Gift Certificates.

Priceline.com:  Clicking through a Priceline email prior to a Lilideals click will void Cash Back.

West Marine:  No cashback on electronics and casual apparel.

GoDaddy.com:  Cash Back good on all purchases except Domain Names and Gift Certificates.

Skype:  Hardware products and bundles pay 2%

Dell Financial Services:  Cash in ONLY back available on purchases of desktops and laptops.

Corel Corporation:  Cashback not available on hardware, hardware and software bundles or software upgrades. Cash Back available on purchase of Software New License.

Cooking.com:  No cash back on Cooking.com partner products

pcRush:  No cashback on switch boxes, desktop computers, tape drives, internal hard drives, laptop and notebooks, graphic tablets, LCD flat panel displays, planma dispays & TVs, switches & bridges, routers & gateways, DLP projectors, overhead projectors, home theater receivers, HDTVs, Plasma TVs, Standard TVs, LCD Projectors, LCD Flat Panel TVs, Entry Level Servers, Video Processors, Tablet PCs, CPUs, Fan Controllers, Water Cooling System, Projectors, Home Theater Systems, Intel Processors, AMD Processors, Processor Fans & Cooling and Netbooks & Subnotebooks.

Shirtcity USA :  Cash back rebates available on all purchases except Gift Certificates.

Acronis:  Cash back paid on Home Office products only (Not Small Business or Corporate Products)

Carrot Ink:  Cashack rewards not available for OEM branded products or laser toner products.

Airfare.com:  Cashback rewards will only be paid on booked airfare.

Fandango:  10% cashback on Fandango Bucks

InkSmile Cartridge:  No cash back rewards on OEM products.

Walgreens:  Cashback rewards not available on gift card purchases or redemption.

Piperlime:  Cashback rewards are not paid on purchases made from the GAP, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, or on Gift Card Purchases.

Borders.com:  Sony Readers & Accessories, Beatles Rock Band (for wii, xBox360, ps3) and Rosetta Stone Software are not eledgible for cash back rewards.

RadioShack:  0% cash back on selected Goods

Balsam Hill:  0% paid on selected goods

The Knot Wedding Shop:  No cashback on gift cards or selected items

Fingerhut:  0.00% commission on selected goods

Gap:  Cashback varies from 0% to 15% depending on item category.

Overstock.com:  Cashback percentage 1% for selected items Cashback percentage 5% for selected Items

eBay:  Cash back is NOT available on Business and Industrial products, eBay Motors, Real Estate, eBay Giving Works or other purchases that benefits charities or non-profit organizations and Gift certificates

ebay Canada:  Cash back is NOT available on Business and Industrial products, eBay Motors, Real Estate, eBay Giving Works or other purchases that benefits charities or non-profit organizations and Gift certificates

Virgin Atlantic Airways:  Commissions paid only on flights originating in the US.

Tom Tom:  No cashback on downloads

Safeway:  $10 referral bonus paid only if referral is for first-time purchaser.

Finish Line:  For Total Sales Amount equal to or greater than $2,500.00 USD increase commission to 7.50% per action. For Total Sales Amount equal to or greater than $8,500.00 USD increase commission to 10.00% per action.

Kodak:  For Number of Actions equal to or greater than 50 increase commission to 4.40% per action. For Number of Actions equal to or greater than 100 increase commission to 5.00% per action.

BidHere.com:  For Total Sales Amount equal to or greater than $1,000.00 USD receive one time bonus of $150.00 USD.

FAO Schwartz:  No CAshback on selected goods.

Travelocity:  $1 cashback on insurance $4 cashback on purchase of airline tickets

Staples:  Cashback varies from 0% to 2% on selected items.

Bookit.com:  No cashback on rental cars.

Lulu:  No Cashback on selected Items

Hickory Farms:  No Cashback on Gift Cards

Cartridge Zoom:  No cashback on generic cartridges

WineExpress.com:  Pays $3 cashback on wine club memberships.

Xerox FreeColorPrinters:  Cashback paid on "quality" leads - as determined by Xerox.

Second Life:  $0.50 flat fee on selected items

CheapOStay:  No cashback on air insurance and car rental

Other Store Related Exceptions:

In-store Pickups: Purchases that are made online but picked up at a merchant's location do not qualify to earn cash back.

Monthly (Club) Deliveries: Purchases are regularly delivered such as wine-of-the-month clubs are not eligible for cash back unless all of the deliveries are paid for up front through LiliDeals.
